PIZZA NAPOLETANA.

Neapolitan style pizza is characterized by four elements. 

First, ingredients; San Marzano tomatoes, flour imported from Italy and fresh toppings.

Second, Pizza dough; The dough must be a very thin crust that is  simultaneously soft and crispy.

Third, Pizza Oven; The pizza must be cooked in a wood fired brick oven that reaches 900 degrees fahrenheit.

Fourth, The Pizzaiolo; The most important element in Neapolitan Pizza is the master pizza maker. He is the alchemist who brings the first three elements together creating what is certainly the original and most delicious of all pizza
